Membership in MCOF has many advantages:
1. Quarterly newsletters on sky happenings
2. Participate in a “Members Only Night” 4 times per calendar year including viewing the skies through the Ferson Optics Cassegrain Telescope and a special planetarium show
3. Invitation to join “Tag-along Events”, short notice viewing events when a Trained Telescope Operator is observing astronomical objects through the Ferson Optics Cassegrain Telescope
4. Learn Astro-photography
5. Priority on telescope classes for personal telescopes
6. Eligible to be trained as a telescope operator
We are a totally unaffiliated, non-profit organization, staffed completely by volunteers who do not receive compensation for their participation.
